We are a bit “old school” (for lack of a better term). It means a bit more work for us, but we believe that taking care of customers correctly is the right way to do things, not just taking your money and holding you hostage. Please read the following explanation, and feel free to e-mail us if you’ve got specific questions about a part you want to order.
If we’ve got a part in stock, you order, we charge your card, and we ship the part. Easy Peasy.
We are currently building inventory, so there may be a time when you order something that we don’t have here at the warehouse AND WE WON’T CHARGE YOU FOR IT UNTIL IT GETS HERE. We personally respond to every order. We will update update you about your order in that response. Most non-stocked orders are received in a week (unless it’s a special order item like suspension, etc… that may require a reasonable deposit or extended wait time) or less.
That’s it! Not What most shops will do but we aren’t like most shops. Customer service comes FIRST!
